We love to
baby sit your pets.
Whether
they stay in our regular indoor runs and cages or upgrade to the luxury suite or
kitty condos, all of our facilities are climate controlled and suited to your
pet’s size.
Your pet’s quarters, bedding and bowls are cleaned and
sanitized every morning and as necessary throughout the day.
Although we
provide a high quality, name brand food for all of our visitors, you are
welcome to bring food for your pet if they have special requirements. We will
follow your feeding instructions to help keep your pet’s daily routine as
normal as possible. Fresh water is available to your pet at all times.
You are
always welcome to bring your pet’s toys and bedding to make them feel more at
home. There is however a certain risk of loss, so please do not bring any
irreplaceable items.
For everyone’s
protection, all pets must be current on all vaccines.
Dogs: Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella
Cats: Rabies, FVRCP
If your pet is not current on
vaccines we will be glad to vaccinate them.
Your pet must be free
of internal and external parasites. If not, treatment will be done at your
expense.
All pets that are boarding at our facility receive a mandatory bath the
day they arrive.

Baths include shampooing, nail trim, ear cleaning, anal glands expressed, and brush out. You are welcome to bring your pet’s shampoo for them to be bathed with. We will not demattanimals that come in matted.
Cat Boarding
The Cat
Suite is totally separate from our dog’s boarding facility so that they are not
frightened by excessive barking. Our regular cat suites are stainless steel
cages. We provide clean bedding, bowls and a fresh litter box daily. We also
have larger Kitty Condos available for more active cats, or multiple cat
households who wish their pets to board together.

Dog Boarding
Dogs love
to stay here while there owners are away. Here at

Puppies
that are not house trained or are less than 5 months may require additional
baths and cleanup. If so there is an additional $8.00 per day fee for these
puppies.
Luxury Suites
For those special pets who enjoy that “at home” feeling, we offer our luxury
suites. These facilities include a spacious, air conditioned and secluded area
for your pet to relax and enjoy their stay. The rate is $29.00 per night.
Additional
pets from the same family can stay in the same suite for the normal by weight
boarding price, but occupancy of the suites is limited by size.

request that special services be provided while your pet is in our care. The cost of these services are in addition to your normal
boarding rate. Please inquire with the receptionist at the time of drop-off.

All medications, including
heartworm and flea prevention, must be supplied by the owner or they will be
charged accordingly. Please bring medications in their original containers with
correct instructions.

Clients
will be charged by the night starting the day the animal is dropped off.

Boarding,
baths, vaccinations and any medications or treatments done while your pet is
boarding will be paid for when you pick up your pet. If you have made
arrangements to have someone else pick up your pet, please let us know. You can
prepay for your services when you drop the pet off.
v
We
ask that you drop your pet off by 5:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday,
and by 11:00am Wednesday and Saturday. This will allow Dr. Marshall time to see
your pet if needed.
v
Please
call us and let us know if you will be picking up your pet on a different date
or you will not be able to pick up your pet up on time.
v
We are not open on Sunday for pick up or drop off.
v
We
open at 7am Tuesday and Thursday, 8am on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and at
9am on Saturday.
We require a $25 deposit to hold your pet’s
reservation for any peak periods. This includes the holidays and popular
vacation dates. A deposit or prepayment is required for any new clients or long
term boarding. The deposit goes toward your boarding fees.
There is a 10% multi-pet discount if you board 3 or
more pets at one time. A prepayment may be required.
